"Packaging felt really careless"
My order showed up in rough shape. The box was crushed, and the item inside looked like it had been bounced around or something. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other places and the packaging was way better, or at least... yeah, this just didn’t feel great. it came across rushed and careless, which isn’t what I expected when buying online.

"Pretty decent for the price"
Not bad overall, especially if you're trying to keep the cost down. My only issue is that the sizing is a bit unclear, so I’d double-check the measurements before ordering

"Awkward gift experience"
I bought this as a gift, but the sizing felt off, so it ended up being an awkward present. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole purchase, and once it arrived, that feeling didn’t really go away.

"Didn’t Last Long"
I was disappointed with this. At first it seemed fine, worked like it was supposed to. Then not long after... it just broke. No big accident or anything, just normal use. I expected it to hold up better, so yeah, not really happy with it.

At first glance, there are definitely a few good deals here, but my snap judgment is that a lot of it still feels expensive. Worth a look if you're hunting for something specific, but I wouldn’t call it super budget-friendly...

"Returns were way more frustrating than they should be"
I tried to return an item and it turned into such a hassle. It took forever to get a straight answer, and every time I contacted someone it felt like I was being passed around with nobody actually taking ownership of the issue. The whole return process was much more difficult than it needed to be, and it’s made me think twice about ordering from them again.

"Hard to Keep Trusting the Stock"
Every time I go to check for something, the normal sizes are already sold out. It’s frustrating, and after a while it makes me feel like I can’t really count on shopping there anymore.

"Works when it wants, but not great for long sun exposure"
I bought this from jetpilot.com hoping it’d be solid for long days out in the sun, but it kind of works when it wants. The fit was fine and it felt okay at first, but the material was thinner than I expected and I still ended up getting badly burnt. Maybe it’s alright for quick wear or shorter trips, but I wouldn’t rely on it for proper sun protection all day.

"Still waiting on customer service"
I reached out to customer service i’m still just sitting here waiting for someone to get back to me. I don’t mind being patient when there’s a reason for it, but being forced to wait with no update at all is frustrating

"Checkout was way more complicated than it needed to be"
I tried to buy a jacket, but the checkout kept freezing after I entered my details. I had to refresh the page twice, and then my whole cart was suddenly empty. Like, why is this so complicated? On top of that, the shipping cost didn’t show up until the very end, which was frustrating. I ended up giving up. Not a great experience at all

"Pretty safe overall, with a small annoyance"
I felt mostly good wearing this life jacket, like it would definitely do the job if needed. The straps were a little annoying and took some adjusting, but overall it seemed safe enough to me.

The site felt cluttered to me. Compared to a lot of other online stores I’ve used, there’s just too much going on, and some parts of the design look a little outdated. Browsing around was more frustrating than it should’ve been, and the product pages didn’t feel very clean or easy to follow. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me, the overall design just didn’t work.

I ended up returning my order and did get my refund in the end, so everything worked out. It just took a bit longer than I personally expected. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but for me it felt a little slower than I’d hoped...

"Decent deals, just bad timing for me"
The discounts were okay here and there, but I think I just had bad timing because the promo codes didn’t always work when I tried to use them. By the time shipping was added, the deal didn’t feel as good anymore.

"Shipping took way too long for me"
I was expecting my order to arrive fairly quickly, but it felt like it took forever just to show up. I also didn’t get much of an update for several days, which made it even more frustrating on my end. The product itself might be perfectly fine, but my experience with the shipping was enough to make me hesitant about ordering again anytime soon
